Be aware that lead times vary, and it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your Rigid Armor Accessories product.
During the shipping process, scratches may occur to the product which are not covered under warranty.
All Rigid Armor Accessories products are powder coated to prevent corrosion, although we do not guarantee subcontracted work, i.e., zinc plating or powder coating.
The images provided on our website will not match your custom-made Rigid Armor Accessories product 100% as they are made to order and will have slight differences.
When you tag Rigid Armor Accessories on social media on a photo of your vehicle or use #rigidarmor or #rigidarmoraccessories hashtags, we may be able to use your media for re-posts, website photos, or advertising purposes.
Quality Control Disclaimer
At Rigid Armor, we maintain quality control on all products before they are shipped out. It is challenging to control possible rusting over time, especially after the car accessory goes through different climates – such as snow, moisture, humidity, rain, and mud, plus other elements that may cause the metal to rust.
To prevent rust, you can start by wiping off any water spots that may sit on tight corners of the carrier after a couple of adventures.
You may also want to add black Bedliner paint (restoring paint) to prevent rust from building up or, worse, corrosion on the metal.
From some of the pictures we've received from past clients, the carrier may appear rusty, but it's usually just a surface spot and could use minor maintenance to clean it up.
